Good morning everyone! I hope you’re having a great day. This morning on my way to work I was listening to the popular worship song, “Way Maker.” It never fails to impact my heart and soul. This morning God reminded me how good He is and how sometimes we take His love for granted. “Way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper, light in the darkness, my God, that is who you are.”
How many times has God not made a way for you? When you thought everything was lost, God made a way. God is so faithful. He keeps His promises, when most of the time we don’t. That line brought a visual image to my mind. Imagine God and you together, and in a moment of innocence you promise something to Him, “I promise God.”
We don’t always keep our promises, but God remains faithful. He is a promise keeper. God is good and I’m thankful for His grace and mercy. I think today is a good day to get right with God. Regardless of what you’ve done, today can be a day where we put our faith and confidence in God. His love is still flowing. His arms are wide open, waiting to embrace all those that come to Him.
